Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AImage handles information when you use the website, sign in, purchase credits, upload photos, and generate AI images.

Information We Collect

Account information such as your name, email address, avatar, authentication provider, subscription status, credit balance, and generation history.
Content you provide to the service, including uploaded photos and generated images, so AImage can process your request and show your history.
Payment and subscription events processed by Stripe. AImage does not store full card numbers.
Basic usage, device, and log data needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

To authenticate users, maintain accounts, process credits, create AI image generations, and display previous results.
To process subscriptions, refunds, and billing events through Stripe.
To protect the service from abuse, troubleshoot errors, and understand whether the product is working reliably.
To communicate service-related notices when needed.

Uploaded photos are used to create the image generation you request.
AImage does not use your photos to train AImage-owned AI models.
Generated outputs and related metadata may be stored so you can view your history and manage your account.

AImage uses trusted providers to run the service, including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, Stripe for payments, and AI infrastructure providers for generation requests.
These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to AImage.

You can sign out at any time and may request deletion of account data, generated records, and stored uploads.
Some billing records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
