Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AImage, including accounts, subscriptions, credits, uploads, and AI-generated images.

Using AImage

  • You may use AImage to upload photos, choose templates, and generate AI images for lawful personal or commercial creative purposes.
  • You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.
  • You must not use AImage to create illegal, abusive, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email or identity provider secure.
  • AImage may suspend or remove access if an account is used to abuse the service, violate these terms, or threaten service reliability.

Credits and Subscriptions

  • Image generations consume credits according to the pricing shown in the product at the time of purchase or use.
  • Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and may renew until cancelled.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes are handled through Stripe and AImage support, subject to payment-provider rules and applicable law.

Generated Images

  • AI-generated results can vary and may not always be accurate, unique, or suitable for every use.
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated images before publishing, distributing, or relying on them.
  • AImage may store generated images and related metadata to provide account history, support, and service reliability.

Service Availability

  • AImage depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers, so generation speed, availability, and output quality can vary.
  • The service may change over time as templates, pricing, providers, or product features are updated.
